ACCOMMODATION FAQs

• Can I choose who I live with?
  
  Yes, as long as it is mutually noted on registration forms. If your preferences have changed (an apartment-mate will not be attending or a colleague registers late) and you wish to change your preference, email us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
  
  
  
• What should I expect to find in my room/apartment?
  
  You will find full linens (including pillow) for each person in your room. Each apartment has 1-2 full bathrooms depending on the number of occupants, a living room, and a full kitchen, which includes stoves and refrigerators.
  
  
  
• Will all conference attendees be housed in the same location or will we be in different halls?
  
  All conference attendees will be housed in the New Hall. Corporate Partners who wish to stay on campus will also be housed here.
  
  
  
• Do you have a quieter living option for housing?
  
  Yes, be sure to check it off on your registration form. If you are also selecting apartment-mates, you should all select the same option. If you do not, we will house you where the majority of apartment-mates indicated was their preference.
