I’ll be attending NEACUHO 2008, but I live close by. Am I able to attend the conference without living in housing?

Absolutely! Complete your registration form, but simply do not check off a housing cost. Additionally, on the section for roommate requests, you may choose to make a note that you will not be staying in conference housing.

My spouse/partner would like to come with me, but will not be attending the conference, is this possible?

Have your spouse/partner complete a registration form and note that he/she will be staying in housing only. Also be sure to mutually request each other as roommates or apartment-mates and indicate the room type that you wish to live in. Housing rates for spouses/partners are the same as those for conference attendees.

Something has suddenly come up and I won’t be able to attend the conference. Am I able to get a refund?

NEACUHO governing documents state that refunds will not be made for the annual conference, but substitutions will be accepted.

Which meals are included with my registration costs?

Meals included in your registration fee are the Opening Banquet, all meals on Days 2 and 3 of the conference (note that we will be holding Day 2 evening activities on campus, so your dinner is included) and a grab and go breakfast on the day of your departure.
